Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) who will be embedded with enterprise client teams to architect, migrate, and operate Kubernetes-based AI infrastructure across VMware Cloud Foundation and hybrid clouds.

You will write production code in the field, drive platform modernization, and collaborate with product and software teams to reduce adoption friction and accelerate delivery to customers.

Qualifications

Experience embedding with enterprise client teams across end-to-end lifecycle.
Strong background in Kubernetes-based AI infrastructure deployment.
Ability to write production-grade code in the field.

Responsibilities

Embed with enterprise client teams across end-to-end lifecycle.
Identify deployment friction and deliver field fixes.
Own end-to-end engagement from discovery to go-live.
Troubleshoot production Kubernetes, storage, and networking issues.
Translate field feedback into core engineering requirements.
Architect and deploy VKS clusters on hybrid clouds.
