Job summary

Broadcom Inc. seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) specializing in Kubernetes, platform modernization, and large-scale AI infrastructure.

You’ll embed with enterprise client teams, guiding end-to-end migrations from architecture to production rollout, and contribute code in the field to accelerate platform evolution. You will architect and deploy VKS clusters across VMware Cloud Foundation, lead bare metal migrations, and scale AI inference workloads on Kubernetes with GPU

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 12+ years related experience required.
• Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated Kubernetes and AI inference workloads.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise client teams across lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Eliminate deployment friction and drive rapid feature iteration in the field.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain VKS clusters across hybrid cloud environments.
• Write production code and build prototypes to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate needs into features.
