Broadcom Inc. seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) to embed with enterprise client teams, driving end-to-end migration and AI infrastructure initiatives.

You will design and deploy VKS clusters on VMware Cloud Foundation, migrate massive bare metal environments, and optimize GPU/NPU workloads, while feeding field insights back to product teams. This role blends deep technical execution with strategic collaboration across product, core software, and customer engineering to

Qualifications

Hands-on, embedded engineering with enterprise clients for end-to-end deployments.
Experience migrating large scale stateful workloads to Kubernetes.
Strong foundation in AI infrastructure and GPU/NPU workloads.
Proficient in cloud-native data services and orchestration.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customer teams from discovery to production rollout.
Identify blockers and rapidly build field fixes.
Architect VKS clusters across VMware Cloud Foundation and hybrid cloud.
Containerize and migrate heavy stateful engines to Kubernetes.
Provide feedback to product teams translating field needs into features.
