Broadcom Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) to embed with enterprise client teams, leading Kubernetes and AI infrastructure modernization across hybrid cloud environments.

You will drive end-to-end migrations, write production code in the field, and help shape platform capabilities by feeding field learnings back to engineering teams. This role emphasizes hands-on execution and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience translating customer requirements into scalable product capabilities.
• Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field teams to eliminate deployment friction through embedded engineering.
• Identify migration blockers and rapidly build field fixes to accelerate feature iteration.
• Oversee end-to-end engagement from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Write production code and develop prototype integrations in field deployments.
• Architect and deploy VKS across VMware Cloud Foundation and hybrid clouds.
• Migrate massive bare metal environments toward cloud-native Kubernetes targets.
