Job summary

Broadcom seeks a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) focused on Kubernetes, platform modernization, and enterprise AI infrastructure. You will embed with client teams from architecture to production rollout, writing production code in the field and shaping platform capabilities.

You will drive VKS deployments, manage migrations of massive bare metal environments, and enable AI inference at scale across cloud-native targets, collaborating closely with core engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant years experience may be considered.
• 12+ years related experience required.
• Experience deploying GPU-accelerated Kubernetes clusters.
• Ability to translate field feedback into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct Engineering to Field Collaboration with architects, product managers and client developers.
• Identify migration blockers and rapidly build field fixes to shorten cycles.
• Lead end-to-end engagement from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
• Hands-on field implementation: code, manifests, and troubleshoot in production.
