Broadcom Inc. is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) to work directly with enterprise client teams on Kubernetes, platform modernization, and AI infrastructure deployments.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle activities from architecture through field troubleshooting and production rollout. The role emphasizes embedding with client teams, writing code in the field, and shaping platform capabilities within Broadcom's Infrastructure Software Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years related engineering experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with GPU-accelerated Kubernetes nodes and model serving runtimes.
• Experience migrating large scale stateful workloads to Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise client teams from discovery to go-live.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain production-grade VKS clusters across hybrid cloud.
• Write production code in the field and prototype integrations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize field deployments including AI workloads.
