Responsibilities

• Direct Engineering to Field Collaboration across the ISG and customer teams.
• Rapid iteration to reduce migration blockers and platform usability gaps.
• End-to-end engagement ownership from pre-migration discovery to go-live and stabilization.
• Hands-on field implementation and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Translate field feedback into core engineering requirements and features.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain production-grade VKS clusters across VCF and hybrid cloud.
• Migrate bare metal and legacy stacks to VKS or cloud-native targets.
• Deploy and scale enterprise AI inferencing workloads and vector databases on Kubernetes.
• Migrate data services, messaging, and analytics platforms onto Kubernetes.
• Design operator-driven, cloud-native deployments for data processing and AI frameworks.
• Guide clients evaluating VKS with OpenShift, EKS, GKE, AKS, or Rancher distributions.
