Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer for Test Manufacturing-DFT, Test strategy and Data analytics in San Jose, CA.

You will spearhead the development and rollout of new manufacturing test processes, bridge Hardware Design, Software/Diagnostics, and Manufacturing Test teams, and drive AI and data analytics initiatives to optimize yield and efficiency. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in test engineering, DFT, or hardware manufacturing.
PMP, Agile, or related project management certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development, standardization, and rollout of new test processes in the manufacturing test area.
Drive boundary scan strategies into hardware design workflows for high test coverage.
Define, govern, and optimize end-to-end flows for Manufacturing Test Requirements Specifications (MTRS).
Oversee AI and adaptive testing initiatives within the test ecosystem.
Lead the adoption of advanced test data analytics platforms leveraging metrics like Cpk, GR&R, and SPC.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Hardware Design, Software, and Manufacturing Test Development.
