Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Sr Staff Engineer, Program/Project Test Readiness Lead responsible for end-to-end testing architecture, strategy, and execution across next-gen hardware and infrastructure.

You will lead a team of test hardware and software engineers, collaborating with silicon partners to embed BIST and boundary-scan features. You will define test specifications, performance metrics, and KPIs, ensuring optimized manufacturing throughput and first-pass yield while guiding NPI test

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated engineering experience in Test Development or related fields.
• 5+ years of direct experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary test hardware/software teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and mentor a specialized team of Test Hardware and Software Engineers.
• Define clear test engineering metrics, KPIs, and deliverables; conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan and manage engineering bandwidth, lab infrastructure, and CapEx budgets.
• Drive comprehensive DFT/DFx reviews during early schematic/board layout stages.
• Engage with silicon architects to embed BIST, boundary scan, and diagnostic hooks.
