Job summary

You will drive the strategy, define processes, and execute initiatives including AI in test, adaptive testing, and predictive yield modelling while coordinating cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in test engineering, DFT, or hardware manufacturing.
• At least 3 years managing complex technical projects or leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Test Process Implementation: Lead the development, standardization, and rollout of new processes in the manufacturing test area to improve operational efficiency, minimize cycle times, and maximize product yield.
• Boundary Scan & Hardware Integration: Champion and drive optimization of boundary scan strategies directly into hardware design workflows, ensuring access and high test coverage from early design stages.
• MTRS Process Leadership: Define, govern and optimize end-to-end flows for Manufacturing Test Requirement Specifications (MTRS).
• AI & Adaptive Testing Initiatives: Lead AI/ML initiatives within the test ecosystem and deploy adaptive testing frameworks.
• Test Data Analytics Implementation: Lead adoption of advanced test data analytics platforms to drive predictive yield modeling and reduce false failures.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Act as the central PM linking Hardware Design, Software, and Manufacturing Test Development.
