You will maximize fault coverage and yield throughput by designing FCT code, configuring automated test equipment fixtures, and integrating JTAG/Boundary Scan diagnostics in collaboration with tier-1 silicon vendors, driving rigorous test validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hardware test development or diagnostic code engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C/C++, Linux shell scripting, or LabVIEW for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, code, and deploy advanced hardware and software test solutions across manufacturing stages.
• Maximize fault coverage and yield throughput via customized FCT code and ATE fixtures.
• Collaborate with tier-1 silicon vendors to implement BIST, firmware loops, and JTAG boundaries.
• Develop scalable automated test code and fixtures; maintain test interfaces and equipment.
• Perform yield analysis, SPC, and diagnostic support for prototype failures.
