Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer, Test Manufacturing to define, install and optimize automatic test equipment and test programs used for product testing and design verification.

The role focuses on improving productivity, cycle time and yield across the manufacturing value stream and requires collaboration with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience in test engineering or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, install, support and optimize test process and equipment solutions for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield across a broad set of test equipment.
• Debug test processes and equipment using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to detect and solve yield and performance issues.
• Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability and OEE.
• Analyze yield data and equipment logs to identify sources of yield loss.
• Support integration of test equipment into Manufacturing Execution Systems with tester logs and product parameters.
