Job summary

Qualifications

15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
Experience in semiconductor, advanced electronic assembly, or hardware manufacturing.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced process and equipment development from concept to production launch.
Collaborate with Product Design groups and external customers on DFM/DFA/DFT tradeoffs.
Oversee thermal modeling, TIM application, and material science interactions for high‑power ASICs.
Drive system integration strategies for large, complex Level 11 solutions.
Instill urgency and accountability to shorten development cycles while ensuring quality.
Establish global standards and succession planning across regional sites.
Manage relationships with Tier 1 hyperscale customers, suppliers, and site leaders.
