Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced electronic assembly, or hardware manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced process and equipment development from concept to production launch.
• Collaborate with Product Design groups and external customers on DFM/DFA/DFT tradeoffs.
• Oversee thermal modeling, TIM application, and material science interactions for high‑power ASICs.
• Drive system integration strategies for large, complex Level 11 solutions.
• Instill urgency and accountability to shorten development cycles while ensuring quality.
• Establish global standards and succession planning across regional sites.
• Manage relationships with Tier 1 hyperscale customers, suppliers, and site leaders.
