Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Project Manager to spearhead test engineering initiatives, driving strategy, process definition, and execution across hardware design, software/diagnostics, and manufacturing test teams.

You will champion boundary scan, MTRS workflows, and AI-enabled adaptive testing, leveraging data analytics (Cpk, GR&R, SPC) to improve yield and reduce defects while coordinating cross-functional efforts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining and implementing manufacturing test processes.
• Strong understanding of DFT and how to drive requirements into early hardware design phases.
• Experience with Test Data Analytics platforms and statistical quality metrics (Cpk, GR&R, SPC).

Responsibilities

• Lead development, standardization, and rollout of new manufacturing test processes.
• Champion and drive boundary scan strategies in hardware design workflows.
• Define, govern, and optimize end-to-end MTRS flows and deliverables.
• Oversee AI and adaptive testing initiatives with real-time factory data.
• Lead adoption of advanced test data analytics to predict yield and reduce false failures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and manufacturing test.
