Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience preferably in the memory semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of DRAM and HBM memory technologies and architectures.
• Experience reading and debugging circuit schematics to isolate failure causes in development aspects.
• Extensive post-silicon validation and debug experience including root-cause and electrical failure analysis.
• Proficiency in Linux, Python/C/C++, Verilog, UVM, and version control systems (git, svn, Perforce).

Responsibilities

• Translate DRAM/HBM develop intent and architecture into effective verification scope and test cases.
• Contribute to validation of new and high-risk product features with Design Validation and Systems Engineering.
• Review design specs, schematics and datasheets; provide feedback in reviews.
• Read and debug circuit blueprints to detect design-related failure mechanisms.
• Perform root-cause analysis of electrical failures and classify issues.
• Apply automation and modern tooling (Python, C, C++, Verilog, UVM) to improve detection efficiency.
• Adopt AI-enabled workflows for automated code generation and failure-analysis acceleration.
