Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Design Validation Product Engineer for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) to drive silicon validation and qualification from design through production. You will interface with Design, Manufacturing, Test and Quality teams to ensure low-power, high-performance memory solutions for ML/AI workloads.

Strong expertise in schematic, simulation, data analysis, and lab debugging, plus experience with Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog and Python/C++, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• Experience with schematic, simulation, data analysis, and lab debug.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand JEDEC specs for HBM and internal architecture documentation.
• Perform silicon validation of HBM designs with hardware/software debugging.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, test and quality teams.
• Contribute to process improvements in validation methodologies.
