Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer for the HBM Product Engineering Component Validation team in the US.

You will be a senior individual contributor responsible for validating advanced High Bandwidth Memory products, applying AI-enabled workflows to accelerate verification and working with global teams. Responsibilities include translating architecture into test scope, validating high-risk features with Design Validation and Systems Engineering, and leading root-cause analysis of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong DRAM/HBM memory knowledge and debug experience.
• Experience with Linux, scripting, and software validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate DRAM/HBM develop intent into verification scope and test cases.
• Validate new features with Design Validation and Systems Engineering.
• Review specs, schematics, and datasheets and provide feedback.
• Debug circuit diagrams to identify failure mechanisms and verification approaches.
• Apply automation with Python/C and Verilog/UVM to speed validation.
