Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences, delivering rich dashboards and resilient microservices.

As a hands-on tech leader, you will mentor teams, promote DevOps and IaC, and embed AI-driven features to automate workflows and generate insights across Payer Operations and data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with full-stack focus.
• Master modern JS frameworks and data visualization.
• Experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
• Strong relational and NoSQL database skills.
• Hands-on AI model integration and orchestration tools.
• Cloud proficiency and IaC with CI/CD practices.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
