Job summary

You will guide tech strategy, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence across the stack, focusing on Payer operations and integrations with diverse data sources and third‑party systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with full‑stack focus.
• Proficient in modern JS/TS frameworks and data viz libraries.
• Strong server‑side design; scalable microservices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on AI model/API integration and orchestration.
• Cloud skills with CI/CD and IaC.
• Excellent communication of architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and development of scalable web apps.
• Design dashboards and UI/UX for data insights.
• Develop secure APIs and data integration layers.
• Embed AI features to automate workflows and insights.
