Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences to deliver reliable, high‑performance software.

You will design dashboards, build microservices, and drive DevOps practices while embedding AI features to automate workflows and extract actionable insights across payer operations and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with full‑stack focus.
• Proven backend and frontend design of scalable apps.
• Experience with data integration and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of scalable web apps.
• Architect rich dashboards surface data insights effectively.
• Build secure APIs and data integration layers.
• Embed AI features and orchestrate AI workflows.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and IaC for reliability.
• Mentor engineers and shape the technical roadmap.
