Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Electronics Integration Engineer to join our Avionics Integration Organization in San Diego or Palmdale. You will work on the design, development, and sustainment of avionics subsystems, interfacing with supplier teams and IPTs to resolve integration issues and meet schedules.

The role requires a STEM degree with extensive related experience, active Secret clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in STEM with extensive related engineering experience or higher degrees.
• Experience with RF payload systems and avionics integration is required.
• Proven ability to resolve integration issues by teaming with IPTs and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain avionics-related subsystems.
• Interface with supplier technical staff to resolve issues and ensure program schedules.
• Apply experience with RF payloads, tests, and integration to deliver system readiness.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams on avionics projects.
