Zusammenfassung

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Rancho Bernardo, CA is seeking a Staff Electronics Engineer - Ground System Architect/Integrator to lead integration efforts within the Avionics Integration Organization. The role is onsite with potential hybrid arrangement after established, and travel up to 25% is required.

The position demands leadership across engineering teams, strong architecture documentation, PLM/ERP activity, and the ability to translate customer needs into robust ground-system

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12 years of related professional/military experience
Master's degree in STEM with 10 years of related professional/military experience

Aufgaben

Determine customer needs and develop approaches, implementations, components, interfaces, identify standards and constraints, civil requirements, and security needs
Survey the industry for awareness of customer needs and alternative systems
Lead trade studies, technology development, and subcontractor teams
Lead technical and cost proposals
Write white papers describing offerings and provide leadership and/or direction to software integration, test leads, and various engineering teams
