Qualifications

• Bachelor's in STEM with 12+ years aerospace design OR MS with 10+ years OR PhD with 8+ years.
• Proven experience leading a system's development from concept to sustainment.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to brief senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: create hydraulic and electrical schematics; select conductors and components.
• System Engineering: lead trade studies, layout, architecture, testing and troubleshooting; engage suppliers.
• Testing & Verification: develop system test plans, verify requirements; ensure airworthiness.
• Leadership & Communication: act as SME for 10+ member teams; present to directors and above.
