Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Staff Development Specialist to coordinate and implement staff development programs across the organization. You will collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development, supervisors, trainers, and subject matter experts to provide onboarding and ongoing training that meets required standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring training compliance, coordinating schedules and logistics, maintaining training records, and driving continuous improvement in learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a nonprofit or human services environment; four years of relevant experience may substitute.
• Learning and development experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee training compliance and ensure adherence to Hope Network policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and trainers to design effective staff development experiences.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources, facilities, and logistics.
• Maintain job roles and training assignments in corporate systems.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and content updates.
• Lead or assist in special staff development projects and initiatives.
