Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, or capability-building roles.
• Experience in IT/ITES or technology-driven environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions.
• Customize training materials to suit learner needs.
• Track learner performance and share reports with leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience conducting soft skills and behavioural trainings

Ability to facilitate interactive, learner-centric training sessions

Proficiency in content authoring tools

Experience delivering virtual training via MS Teams, Webex, or Zoom

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Education
