Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational events.
• Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to create training content.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment rentals.
• Evaluate training programs and gather feedback to improve future initiatives.
• Develop training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
• Assist in policy development to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.
• Foster teamwork and open communication among staff members.
