Job summary

Truly Good Foods in Charlotte, NC seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to own the L&D platform, coordinate training, and support performance management under the VP of HR. You will design and facilitate training, track participation and outcomes, and partner with managers to close capability gaps while maintaining current content and ensuring alignment with company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated strength in learning & development or HR program administration.
• Experience designing, coordinating, or facilitating training programs for hourly and salaried employee populations.
• Proven ability to partner with a senior HR leader in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to the VP of Human Resources, supporting execution of HR priorities.
• Steward and improve the L&D platform, onboarding programs, and role-specific learning paths.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and development planning frameworks.
• Support HR projects with timelines, communications, and deliverables.
• Maintain and organize online L&D content libraries (SharePoint and LMS).
• Travel as needed to support HR initiatives across the organization.
