SmithRx is hiring a Staff Data Analyst to lead data-informed decision making on a high-impact data team. You will mentor talent, deliver insights, and influence product and business strategy within a growing health-tech PBM context.

You will partner with stakeholders to design dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting, driving a culture of trustworthy data and actionable insights while strengthening our leadership in the Modern PBM space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• 8+ years influencing product and business decisions through analytics.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Advanced technical proficiency with data models and data quality guardrails.
• SQL & dbt to query, transform, and validate complex data sets.
• Designing and presenting data products and visualizations for impact.
• A self-starter who delivers on commitments with initiative.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for business and technical audiences.
• Proven leadership to drive clarity and align teams.

Responsibilities

• Transform findings into narratives guiding strategic direction.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure complete, accurate data delivery.
