SmithRx is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead a high-impact data team, delivering insights that accelerate healthcare cost reductions.

You will design dashboards, drive data quality, and partner with stakeholders to transform analytics into strategic product decisions. This role requires deep SQL/dbt expertise, strong storytelling, and proven leadership in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decision-making through advanced analytical skill.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Advanced technical proficiency with data models and data quality guardrails.
• Experience presenting data-driven insights to both business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish Data-Driven Business Command with metrics, dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure complete, accurate data delivery and governance.
• Model a standard of excellence by aligning roadmaps with business priorities and mentoring the Data team.
