Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services is a pharmacist-founded, fully transparent Prescription Benefit Manager that has been revolutionizing the PBM industry since 2014. This Data Analyst role focuses on health insurance claims data, client and member data, and drug data to identify trends and drive decisions.

You will wrangle data, build Power BI dashboards, create client reports, and develop program metrics. The position works remotely with a collaborative, value-driven culture emphasizing integrity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ data analysis experience or a related Master’s degree.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build complex queries.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and Azure Analysis Services.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Strong data validation and quality assurance capabilities.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends.
• Build Power BI dashboards and client reports.
• Develop metrics and insights for program development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and data.
