SmithRx is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead a high-impact data team, shaping product strategy and delivering insights that advance healthcare affordability. You will mentor talent, craft data products, and drive quantitative decision-making across the organization.

You will partner with engineering and product to build dashboards, governance, and scalable models, while communicating findings to varied audiences. This role is remote within the US and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decision-making through experimentation and advanced analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish data-driven business command with metrics, dashboards, and AI-enabled data products that influence cross-functional strategy.
• Partner with leaders to design key metrics and data products.
