SmithRx is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to join our US remote Data team. You will lead data initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and deliver insights to accelerate our mission to transform PBM practices and improve healthcare affordability.

You will shape product, business, and people strategy, driving data-informed decisions with dashboards, governance, and scalable data products across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decisions through advanced analytical skills.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities to translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish data-driven business metrics, dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure complete, accurate data delivery and governance.
• Mentor team members and align data roadmaps with business priorities.
