Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Health Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, performance management, or similar analytical role.
• Experience building dashboards and translating data into leadership insights in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in Tableau and SQL for data visualization and querying the data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs across assigned service line to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards translating warehouse data into operationally actionable views.
• Partner with service line leaders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to drive execution on opportunities.
