Job summary

Claritas Rx is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to deliver data architecture initiatives and ensure seamless integration with client environments. Reporting to the Head of Customer Engineering, you will develop data storage, taxonomy, data loading plans, and security policies for the ClaritasRx data pipeline, collaborating with Implementation, Product Management, and Architects.

You will build robust data tools, lead requirements gathering, monitor live SaaS operations, and ensure reliability,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in data architecture and BI systems including ELT, data transformation, modeling, and dashboard design.
• Excellent programming skills with Python/Java.
• Strong relational database skills with SQL.
• Experience with Agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and oversees deployment of data architecture and storage solutions.
• Establishes processes to channel data from multiple inputs across cloud and local storage forms.
• Cleanses, organizes and transforms data; maintains data integrity automatically.
• Sets design standards and assurance processes for data applications and connections.
• Reviews data operation requirements and suggests system upgrades to meet ongoing needs.
• Leads technical requirements gathering for data architecture across systems.
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to drive platform innovation.
• Develops secure production code and reviews others’ code.
• Oversees live SaaS operations and monitors KPIs for opportunities and threats.
• Designs features based on customer requirements and business goals.
• Ensures reliability, availability and performance of services.
• Implements multi-tenant isolation and security.
• Solves complex data/tech problems; organizes work with Implementation teams.
