ZoomRx is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic client partnerships, drive business development, and guide high-impact teams delivering data-backed insights for blockbuster brands.

The role combines senior leadership with hands-on project oversight, enabling you to shape client strategy, expand accounts, and mentor teams. It is remote across select US states, offering autonomy and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships.
• Synthesizes complex data into actionable insights for clients.
• Excellent communication with clients and project teams.
• Strong mentoring and development of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Insight Oversight — lead qualitative and quantitative research with strategic alignment.
• Strategic Client Partnership — develop senior-level pharma/biotech partnerships delivering guidance.
• Business Development — drive account expansion and identify new opportunities.
• Ownership and Initiative — operate with high autonomy to exceed client expectations.
