Qualifications

• Proven leadership in large projects with automation tooling and distributed systems.
• Extensive full stack development and production automation experience.
• Experience with ML-assisted systems and decision support.
• Deep familiarity with distributed data platforms and developer tooling.
• Strong multi-cloud understanding (AWS, Azure, GCP) with security focus.

Responsibilities

• Architect the agentic ecosystem and drive backend infrastructure vision.
• Scale the platform across domains, starting with Customer Support.
• Ensure reliability, safety, throughput and maintainability.
• Design state-machine workflows from human‑in‑the‑loop to full automation.
• Implement observability, logging, and safe rollback for AI decisions.
• Liaise with CXI, Product, Platform Engineering and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and SMEs across teams to raise engineering bar.
• Define roadmaps and unblock dependencies across orgs.
