Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Deep expertise in backend programming and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience owning architectural direction and driving technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of Transfers' fund movement systems and scalability.
• Lead cross-team engineering initiatives across Payments, Trading, and product engineering.
• Drive evolution of backend infrastructure with cloud-native patterns and scaling strategies.
• Mentor engineers on system design, distributed systems, and production services.
