Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Backend expertise in Go, Ruby, Python, or Java.
• Experience delivering financial/fund movement platforms.
• Experience mentoring engineers on architecture and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural direction of Transfers fund movement systems.
• Lead cross-team engineering initiatives end-to-end across Payments, Trading, and product engineering teams.
• Drive the evolution of Transfers backend infrastructure using cloud-native patterns.
• Establish engineering standards and architectural patterns to raise quality and reduce operational risk.
