Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the FinHub - Transfers team. You will own the architectural direction of fund movement systems and drive reliability and scalability across crypto and fiat rails.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Payments, Trading, and product engineering, shaping the platform while mentoring engineers on distributed systems best practices.

Qualificações

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Deep expertise in backend programming and cloud-native architecture with high-throughput, highly available systems.
• Experience delivering and scaling financial systems or high-reliability platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical architecture of Transfers' fund movement systems and drive scalable designs.
• Lead cross-team engineering initiatives with Payments, Trading, and product engineering to deliver new capabilities.
• Evolve backend infrastructure using cloud-native patterns and pre-empt scaling bottlenecks.
• Set engineering standards, code review practices, and architectural patterns to reduce risk in high-integrity financial systems.
