This role requires a JD or LLB, Texas bar admission, at least 5 years of trial experience in insurance litigation, and proficiency with e-discovery tools and case management software.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB required.
• Bar admission to Texas in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of trial attorney experience.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance law and related litigation.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage all phases of litigation involving claims up to $50,000 exposure.
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop advanced legal strategies for discovery, investigation, and trial preparation.
• Utilize e-discovery tools and case management systems to streamline workflows.
• Advise clients and Claims Representatives with strategic legal opinions and guidance.
