Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado bar in good standing; other boards/federal courts as needed.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience, preferably in insurance law.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of litigation for claims of moderate to heavy value.
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Develop advanced legal strategies for discovery, investigation, and trial preparation.
