You will drive cloud-native infrastructure, incident response, and observability while partnering with platform leaders to remove blockers and accelerate paved-road adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands‑on development and operational experience in AWS environments with SRE discipline.
• Deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise, including Docker and ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in modern scripting languages for automation and DevOps workflows.
• Extensive observability and performance experience with monitoring and tracing tools.
• Strong SDLC and CI/CD governance to scale safely and predictably.
• Proven technical leadership with data‑driven impact and independent drive.

Responsibilities

• Own always-on reliability for distributed systems operating on AWS at scale and ensure 5‑9’s availability.
• Architect cloud-native data systems with highly available, secure infrastructure for millions of users.
• Build AI-powered tools to auto-detect, triage, and remediate issues, extending team impact.
• Lead incident response and production support during on‑call rotations and incidents.
• Champion resiliency practices, DR runbooks, and chaos engineering for robust systems.
• Elevate observability to reduce MTTR and MTTD through advanced monitoring.
