Job summary

Decagon, an in-office AI platform, seeks a senior software product leader to design and build systems for configuring, training, testing, and monitoring advanced AI agents. You will collaborate with product and design from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment with customer use cases and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

7+ years building software products with strong product thinking.
Proficient in Python; comfortable across the full stack.
Experience translating complex tech into simple interfaces.
Strong systems instincts and understanding of failure modes at scale.
Comfort debugging deep tech stacks using available tools.
Turn customer asks into clear, well-scoped specs.

Responsibilities

Design and build systems that let customers configure, train, test, and monitor AI agents.
Collaborate with product and design from discovery to requirement definitions and launches.
Own features end to end from architecture to deployment and iteration.
