Job summary

JLL is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the front lines of AI-driven solutions, embedding with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deploy production-grade systems with enterprise-grade security and reliability.

You will own architecture across multiple engagements, build custom plugins and data pipelines, deploy AI agents via AWS Bedrock AgentCore, and mentor others while shaping patterns used across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and production deployments.
• Strong architecture and delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for cross-functional data and AI problems.
