Job summary

JLL is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the front lines of innovation, embedding with multiple teams to rapidly prototype and deploy enterprise-grade AI-driven solutions. You will design, build, and deploy data pipelines, AI agents, and plugins, and set patterns that scale across portfolios.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical strategy while ensuring security, reliability, and business alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of software engineering experience, including customer-facing or embedded technical delivery roles.
• Strong software architecture background with independent design and defense of system architecture across varied tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional solution design from discovery to technical blueprint.
• Define architecture decisions and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems in production environments.
