Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production systems end to end.
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures and design.
• Frontend depth with React, TypeScript, and component architecture.
• Backend depth with Node.js, Java, Python; API design and auth.

Responsibilities

• Go to where the problem is by partnering with internal stakeholders and design end-to-end systems.
• Engage in real discovery by sitting with users and translating needs into working software.
• Build during the conversation to deliver usable prototypes quickly.
• Handle messy inputs and turn them into coherent solutions.
• Ship production AI applications on top of LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Iterate rapidly across multiple engagements and versions.
