Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience and production systems end-to-end.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to whiteboard architecture.
• Frontend with React/TypeScript and robust backend in Node.js/Java/Python.
• Production LLM experience with prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Comfort with cloud platforms, APIs, and auth patterns.
• High agency, cross-team collaboration, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Go where the problem is by working directly with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct real discovery and translate findings into buildable software.
• Build working software during customer conversations and iterations.
• Handle inputs from messy sources and turn them into coherent systems.
• Ship production AI applications atop frontier models and tools.
• Own the full stack from frontend to observability.
• Codify patterns and share them with platform/engineering teams.
• Maintain long-term relationships with lines of business.
