Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Business Data Analyst to drive applied AI experimentation across Talent Analytics, workforce planning, and broader people insights.

This role requires hands-on building and testing of AI solutions, translating between technical experiments and business needs, and coordinating with enterprise AI teams. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, governance of AI outputs, and collaboration to embed AI capabilities into the analytics product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML, with hands-on ownership.
• Direct, hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM-powered tools.
• Knowledge of data warehouse, data pipeline, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience with dashboard/BI design and data source validation for enterprise use.
• Ability to define confidence tiers and governance for AI outputs.
• Strong ability to evaluate feasibility vs. speculative AI use cases and advise build/no-build decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototyping of rapid AI proof-of-concepts across talent analytics and workforce planning.
• Build agent-assisted analytics with clear decision boundaries and escalation paths.
• Define dashboards and self-serve patterns; certify data sources for enterprise use.
• Partner with enterprise AI Transformation to align standards and roadmaps.
• Contribute to HR contextual layer alongside Technology and HR teams.
• Plan roadmaps, provide estimates, and hand off validated solutions to production.
