Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business/data analytics or applied AI/ML roles.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM‑powered tools/prototypes.
• Working knowledge of data warehouse, data pipeline, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience with dashboard/BI design and self‑serve or conversational analytics.
• Comfort defining confidence tiers for AI outputs and estimating large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate rapid AI proof‑of‑concepts and experiments across talent analytics, workforce planning, and related people data use cases.
• Design agent‑assisted analytics with explicit decision boundaries and governance.
• Continuously scan for new AI capabilities and use cases applicable to talent analytics and workforce planning.
• Define dashboard and visualization patterns for prototypes advancing to self-serve or conversational analytics.
• Partner with enterprise AI Transformation team to align local experiments with standards and roadmap.
• Label AI outputs by confidence tier and ensure provenance is traceable.
• Work with HR and Technology to contribute to the HR contextual layer and shared context infrastructure.
• Provide reliable estimates and a disciplined spec process for large initiatives.
