Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience with AR focus.
• Experience with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and service orientation.
• High integrity with confidential information.
• Experience in private club, hospitality, or membership groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and post member payments by ACH, check, and card.
• Support payroll processing for all staff and onboarding.
• Assist with bi-weekly vendor check runs and AP inquiries.
• Prepare reconciliations and assist month-end close/audit.
